A serial builder of successful IT and cloud service businesses, Simon has been building global expertise in his chosen market for more than 20 years. As a director at three IT cloud services businesses, one FTSE listed, and skilled at assessing potential acquisitions, Simon knows a good business–and an opportunity–when he sees one.

Global CRO & Founder
A 20-year tech industry veteran, Adam ‘gets’ the challenges, and recognizes the opportunities, for cloud-bound companies. With senior roles at Microsoft and as an FTSE-listed IT reseller, Adam believes strong client and partner relationships underpin the successful sales strategies that build businesses. Adam leads our global sales and business development work.

Our CTO, Tom, loves a challenge. With his degree in computer science and natural sciences from Cambridge University and a hand-in-glove relationship with AWS since 2007, he has now been tasked with the very hands-on role of building a rich resource of in-house expertise for our clients. Architecting new projects and discovering the world’s new AWS technologies are top of Tom’s to-do list every day.

With more than 18 years of experience in professional and managed services environments, Tom adds value to our global projects and strategic partnerships with customers across a broad spectrum of industries including law, finance, retail, public services, and utilities.
Marcus Wallen
Finance Director
Our in-house expert on company accounts, tax, company secretarial, business advisory, and management tasks, Marcus has been with us from the outset. From incorporating the company and assisting with benchmark finance operations in the early years, to head up our finance team today, he and his reports are fully focused on continually supporting business growth and global expansion.
Frank Woolner
Operations Director
Frank has experienced every flavour of the IT industry over a 20-year career; from his early days as a technician/engineer, right up to his current global perspective. Frank’s knowledge, gained at the coalface of IT, has helped build and grow the company. He–and it–have driven the expansion of new service divisions, and the development of current structures across both internal and customer-based IT departments.

Cloud Solutions Director
Phil's remit is to create and deliver innovative services that will help solve many of our customer's key challenges. Alongside this he is a champion for emerging technologies and is focused on helping our customers take advantage of them.
He brings 15 years' experience in managed services and is focused on delivering exceptional solutions that free our customers to focus on priorities that drive more value to their business.
Rachel Ritchie
Head of Marketing
With a broad portfolio that includes Red Bull, TUI, and Mitchells & Butlers, Rachel is at the front line of our work to promote the many benefits of partnering with Cloud Bridge for the AWS customer at a key time in our growth. She includes global brand work, advertising, content, digital marketing, social media, and events in a remit that is about putting Cloud Bridge front and centre of a busy marketplace.
Ollie Rigby
Sales Operations Manager
Ollie Rigby has been with Cloud Bridge for over three years, during which he has played a crucial role in the company's growth from 15 to over 90 employees. Originally starting in project management, Ollie transitioned to head up the sales practice, where he has successfully expanded Cloud Bridge's brand presence within AWS and built the sales operations from scratch. His current focus is on enhancing the sales team's performance across Cloud Bridge’s extensive portfolio of services.
Gordon Brown
Head of Managed Services
Gordon is responsible for the delivery and development of Cloud Bridge's Managed Services and FinOps offerings, ensuring that clients receive top-notch solutions tailored to their unique needs. With a remarkable IT career spanning 25 years, Gordon has worked for NEC, Invensys, and Hitachi - where he led the global remote managed services team. Gordon's passion lies in driving business growth through a relentless focus on customer success, and he aims to help further position Cloud Bridge as the go-to cloud consultancy partner.

HR Director Alison has learned her trade across multiple sectors, including leading pan EMEA HR teams for F5 Networks and Vignette. Alison leads an exceptional team working toward a clear, customer-focused vision of the future. She is tasked with delivering on our international expansion plans and enabling exponential growth at an exciting time.
Jonathan Savage
Non-Exec Director (P/T)
A qualified accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, specialising in corporate compliance and strategy, Jonathan is Associate Director for Corporate and International Tax for international construction giant Mace, overseeing corporate tax compliance for the global group. This completes an 18-year career working in accounting and practices for both UK-based and global clients.
